Contact
Email contact@racemator.com and include your app version (Settings → About) and what you were doing when the problem happened. If something misbehaved, attach the diagnostic log: Settings → Report a problem lets you email or share a report. Logs can include session and device details, so check what you send (see the privacy policy).
Prefer chat? Ask in the Racemator Discord — the fastest place for quick questions.
My MyChron isn't found
- Your phone must be on the same Wi-Fi network as the logger — either the MyChron's own access point, or the same router at the track/home.
- If you declined the Local Network permission prompt, enable it in iOS Settings → Apps → Racemator → Local Network — without it the app cannot see the logger at all.
- On a shared router, some access points isolate clients from each other ("AP/client isolation") — use the MyChron's own Wi-Fi, or "Connect by IP" in the Devices tab.
Subscriptions
- Plans are billed and managed by Apple. To see or change your plan, tap the plan card at the top of Settings in the app. To cancel, go to iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions.
- New phone or reinstalled? In Settings, tap Choose a plan, then Restore at the bottom of the plans screen — there's no account to sign into; your App Store subscription is the credential.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your data
Sessions live on your device. Deleting the app deletes them — export anything you want to keep first. AI sharing, Apple weather and maps, subscription records, usage analytics and reports you choose to send are covered in the privacy policy.
